Certification as a Sustainable Living Guide

Part of the United Nations registered initiative Encyclopedia for Sustainable Living in the Post-Pandemic World.

We often talk about the sustainable development of our planet, but what about your own sustainability? For every person their body — is their planet. Sustainable Living is a way to keep it healthy, happy and active for a long time.

In this program, we've curated wisdom from various disciplines, scientific studies, and practical experiments to simplify the path to a healthier life. We understand that everyone is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we empower you to create your own healthy habits tailored to your needs.

From Day 1 to Day 5, our expert mentors will guide you through the AlterContacts framework for becoming a Sustainable Living Guide: Experience - Learn - Practice. This approach seamlessly integrates newfound knowledge into your teaching methods, and it earns you the seal of quality that sets you apart.

Who is it For?

Our certification program is designed for practitioners dedicated to helping clients achieve well-being and harmony. Whether you're a yoga or mindfulness teacher, a nutrition or wellness expert, a mental health coach, or an individual exploring a new career path, this program will enrich your practice with the guiding principles of Sustainable Living.

What Learners say

Hear from our first cohort who joined us in Rhodes, Greece, in September 2023:

The program helped me understand how to better the health and lifestyle practices in the simplest of ways. Whether it comes to eating the right food, quantity or how to exercise most efficiently, the program helped me understand the small things in life that could be done differently and make a world of difference overall.

I really liked that it was not about changing the way I teach but including the new knowledge into it. We had a chance to experience each other’s new approach and share ideas on how to make it more accessible and beneficial for our own students.

I was able to learn what it means to live sustainably, thus having made many changes in my own lifestyle to live a healthier life. The mentors were amazing and highly knowledgeable, thus teaching us many valuable things that I would have never learned otherwise.

Learning about sustainable eating impacted the way I view food and my diet. I have been trying to live sustainably for a while, but could not find the right sources of information, until this program. I am looking forward to sharing it through my everyday work to further the understanding of how to live a sustainable life post-COVID.

The sessions we had couldn't have been more thorough. I was able to think deeply as well as brainstorm about different subjects, in ways that I had never done before. As a woman in her early twenties myself, I learned a lot about the food choices and dietary mistakes that I had been making. And I'm proud to say that I've included the new practices in my life. It has been a very rewarding experience. I am looking forward to doing the same for so many women around the world.
