From Day 1 to Day 5, our expert mentors will guide you through the AlterContacts framework for becoming a Sustainable Living Guide: Experience - Learn - Practice. This approach seamlessly integrates newfound knowledge into your teaching methods, and it earns you the seal of quality that sets you apart.

The program helped me understand how to better the health and lifestyle practices in the simplest of ways. Whether it comes to eating the right food, quantity or how to exercise most efficiently, the program helped me understand the small things in life that could be done differently and make a world of difference overall.
I really liked that it was not about changing the way I teach but including the new knowledge into it. We had a chance to experience each other’s new approach and share ideas on how to make it more accessible and beneficial for our own students.
I was able to learn what it means to live sustainably, thus having made many changes in my own lifestyle to live a healthier life. The mentors were amazing and highly knowledgeable, thus teaching us many valuable things that I would have never learned otherwise.
Learning about sustainable eating impacted the way I view food and my diet. The sessions we had couldn't have been more thorough. I was able to think deeply as well as brainstorm about different subjects, in ways that I had never done before. As a woman in her early twenties myself, I learned a lot about the food choices and dietary mistakes that I had been making. And I'm proud to say that I've included the new practices in my life.
